We have spent many years researching sales effectiveness
and sales training – what works and what
doesn’t. The result of this is a sales chain of 8 simple
links that adapts easily to fit all commercial situations.
It is designed to work in situations where the ongoing working
relationship is paramount – and is based on the premise
that if you work hard on building rapport and relationships
then selling and closing are easy.
Beginning with the application of this model to your organisation,
we have established a suite of 9 sales programmes to pick
and mix from. This approach will provide the appropriate training
for sales training; for everyone from your newest sales person
to your most experienced and successful one.
The first programme focuses on the new 8-link model. You
