Introduction
Increasingly there is a requirement for people to work co-operatively, not simply with colleagues in their own section or department, but with specific project teams that may be either short or long term.
At any one time, an individual may be involved in several teams and may even hold different responsibilities in those different teams. The capacity to 'bed-down' quickly in a new team, to clarify and assume one's role and responsibilities in the team and to establish collaborative ways of working effectively with one's colleagues, has never been more important.
This programme gives people the perspective and skills they need to be effective team players.
