Introduction
When Neuro Linguistic Programming was first introduced as a concept for achieving excellence it was very much hailed as an adjunct to the province of counselling. Twenty-six years later it has rightly moved into a much wider arena and has been increasingly acknowledged as vitally important to achieving business excellence for professionals and for the organisations in which they operate.
