Introduction
A successful appraisal process requires the active and positive participation of appraiser and appraisee. It is rare to find employees that are genuinely looking forward to their appraisal. Even those who believe that they are deserving only of praise still typically suffer some wariness before the interview. In the same way that a well-prepared appraiser will improve the effectiveness of the process, time invested in preparing the appraisee will reap rich rewards.
This programme is designed to help everyone who will be receiving an appraisal to get more from it and therefore, offer a greater contribution to the organisation. The main objectives are to both inform and motivate.
Learning Outcomes On successful completion of the programme, participants will be able to:
Explain the purpose and personal benefits to them of effective appraisal
