We have spent many years researching sales effectiveness – what works and what doesn’t. The result of this is a sales chain of 8 simple links that adapts easily to fit all commercial situations. It is designed to work in situations where the ongoing working relationship is paramount – and is based on the premise that if you work hard on building rapport and relationships then selling and closing are easy. Beginning with the application of this model to your organisation, we have established a suite of 9 sales programmes to pick and mix from. This approach will provide the appropriate training for everyone from your newest sales person to your most experienced and successful one.

The first programme focuses on the new 8-link model. You can use it to get new people started or to help bring excellence and consistency to experienced teams. Subsequent programmes develop and refine the skill-sets needed to optimise sales success.

Level 1  
Effective selling techniques This programme provides the essential framework, new skills and effective business tools to enable participants to focus their Sales efforts and deliver results.
Essential negotiation skill This two day blended programme guides new and inexperienced negotiators through the negotiating process
New Sales Manager This course helps participants to successfully make the transition into management
Telephone selling This course will help develop the use of the telephone as a primary selling tool.
Level 2  
Key account management This blended programme focuses on the key activities and skills required to manage and develop accounts which are strategically important to the business.
Maximising the sales relationship This two day programme shows participants how to motivate people to work with them, react positively in high pressure situations and influence difficult customers.
Senior Sales Management This blended program will help you achieve successful outcomes through a logical approach aimed at simplifying the key areas of skill and focus
Winning sales presentations This course will help participants plan and deliver a stylish and effective sales presentation
Level 3  
Advanced negotiating This Level 3 blended programme shows more experienced sales people how to meet the challenge of giving value to customers and retaining profitability
Building value and selling your solutions This blended programme enables participants to evaluate the complexity of their business environment, and select and implement appropriate strategies and tactics to optimise their chance of success
International Key Account Management This two day blended programme is designed for Senior Account Managers with responsibility for large cross border and major worldwide accounts.
