Managing tough situations
As the organisation competes in an increasingly frenetic environment, the essence of strong management is to be effective in dealing with the tough situations – discord with employees, meetings which stray off course, bringing together groups in opposition, individual performance problems, absenteeism, negative attitudes etc. Without appropriate support, guidance and training, the manager can easily lose focus, waste resource and exacerbate the problem.
This blended three day programme aims to help delegates explore their options for handling a range of difficult, but typical, scenarios.
Who should attend?
middle and senior management
those who have a significant team management role and who are reliant upon effective communication
