Diploma in Advanced Management Principles

The Diploma in Advanced Management Principles completes the management qualification cycle which provides a professional development and accreditation route for managers from the beginning of their careers through to Diploma level. The programme is designed to nationally recognised management standards and best practice providing experienced managers with a practical insight into strategic management, and allowing them to achieve an accredited qualification in as little as six months.

Who should attend?
This programme is designed for managers with a minimum five years experience in the role and who are required to contribute to and/or manage the organisation’s strategic performance.

Objectives

By the end of the programmes delegates will be able to:

  • assess their current performance against strategic management best practice
  • demonstrate the application of principles and techniques covered by the programme in their own work situations
