Delegation Of all the management skills, delegation is probably one of the most highly prized - and the least understood. This one day course is designed to enable professionals to:
assess what they do in the light of what they should be doing to be effective in their roles
restructure their work to better utilise time and resources so that company, departmental and personal objectives are achieved
apply the principles of delegation to motivate and develop staff for whom they are responsible.

Managers, supervisors and all professional staff for whom delegation has been identified as a development need. The course assumes participants have staff to whom they are able to delegate tasks.
