Creative and practical problem solving

Each day we encounter many problems. Some we can deal with very easily, some take time to resolve and other more complex problems require others to become involved. The Creative and Practical Problem Solving Process has been designed to harness the combined talents and experience of a group of individuals to work together to decide on the best possible solutions to complex problems.

This course introduces creative and practical tools for identifying problems and offers approaches to solving them.

Who should attend?
This course will be of value to:
  • established managers because it challenges the way they tackle their problems
  • newly appointed managers and supervisors because it supplies them with creative and logical problem solving tools that will provide quality solutions to any problems they may encounter.
