Objectives
By the end of the programmes delegates will be able to:
dentify the scope of their supervisor/team leader role, authority, duties and responsibilities with respect to their organisation, line manager and team members
demonstrate the application of principles and techniques covered by the programme in their own work situations
together with their line manager produce a development plan for implementation in the workplace
