Newly appointed supervisors/team leaders, existing supervisors/team leaders with little or no previous training, and those aspiring to the position.


Objectives

By the end of the programmes delegates will be able to:

• dentify the scope of their supervisor/team leader role, authority, duties and responsibilities with respect to their organisation, line manager and team members
• demonstrate the application of principles and techniques covered by the programme in their own work situations
• together with their line manager produce a development plan for implementation in the workplace
