Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of this programme, participants will be able to:
analyse the motivation levels and the motivational drives of themselves and others
spotlight the key motivators which push/pull their own behaviour and team members’ behaviours
take action to apply the appropriate “lever” to motivate a team or a specified individual

motivation models, motivation theory – a brief summary of the best of the tried and tested approaches; key motivators, universal motivators, motivational drives, incentives – what turns on the behaviours we want? de-motivators and disincentives – what turns off the behaviours we want, and turns on the behaviours we don’t want; personal motivation profiles – people are not all alike; how to do motivation – specific actions to take, specific things to avoid, a list of do’s and don’ts; tricky situations, how to motivate teams and individuals when the cards are stacked against you.
