Introduction
Transactional analysis (TA) is an exciting and different way to approach communication, which will add impact, influence and real power to your interpersonal skillset after only a few days of training and practice.
You can use it in speaking to groups, in one-to-one communications, in interviews, with managers, team members, colleagues and customers. (It is particularly effective with awkward people or those you find “difficult to talk to”). TA is a straightforward and accessible set of skills for “turning up” the power setting on your communications with immediate effect!
