Introduction “Everything is negotiable” has become an accepted truth in all walks of life – but are we all capable of negotiating?
We are all involved in negotiation of some sort or another on a daily basis so we all have negotiating skills. But how many of these negotiations would bring better results for everyone concerned if we improved these skills?
This programme is designed for people who are already experienced at negotiation but recognise that they need to improve their results. The final content of the programme, and the exercises used, will depend on the participants’ existing experience, current abilities, typical negotiating environments and overall improvement objectives.

This programme builds on Negotiating Agreement 1 to enhance & instil the skills of experienced negotiators.
It underlines the importance of the basic skills and builds on these to enable participants to increase their effectiveness at the negotiating table.
