Introduction
People will buy into an organisational direction, aim or mission when they understand how it dovetails with their own personal objectives and targets. In the 21st century, this process of cascading strategic objectives has become more challenging but vitally necessary for a healthy organisation facing the mercurial rate of change both national and global.
This programme therefore, is intended initially for senior executives but can be delivered subsequently to other levels of management within the organisation.
