Introduction
This programme is designed to give people the tools, thinking and strategies that will enable them to effectively manage projects. The focus is on combining the personal skills with the technical skills that are necessary to manage both the project team and the project. Existing project managers as well as those new to project management will benefit from the substantial skills practice element of the programme.
Participants will find our approach extremely practical, as they will take a project through the life cycle phases using key skills and tools. The greatest benefits are usually accrued when participants are able to work with a real, live, work-based project. When a live project is available to a participant, there will be a small amount of pre-work.
