Introduction
Increasingly organisations need to assemble project teams quickly to manage the constantly changing customer and market demands. One of the challenges that project managers often face is the dispirit make up of a project team. This programme is designed to give project managers the thinking, strategies and skills that will enable them to effectively manage a diverse team of people during a project life cycle. The programme therefore focuses on the key people issues that frequently arise.
This programme builds on our Project Management - Essential Skills programme. It would also be suitable for those project managers who are already skilled in the technical aspects of project management and wish to further develop their project management people skills.
