This course deals with why knowledge management is critical to business success, how it needs to be applied and how to successfully implement it.

Establish where, when and with whom knowledge needs to be shared
Design and implement appropriate knowledge management tools

Programme Content
This programme looks at knowledge management from two main starting points - the risks of losing knowledge and the benefits of sharing knowledge. It deals with different types of knowledge based assets and covers effective tools to both enhance knowledge and to facilitate knowledge sharing.
